All for just £40.00 inc VAT

Express Service

We offer an Express Service for an 8 hour turn around which means that you jump the queue and get seen first. The cost for this is an extra £25.00 on top of the charges listed above.

Home Visits

Home visits are available from £60.00. Please see here for Home Visits


Additional Charge

Please note that if we have to re-install your operating platform the charge of the Health Check will increase to £50.00 inc VAT.



No Extra Charge

There is no extra charge if you wish to have new components fitted to your computer whilst it is in for a Health Check.

Rival companies charge in the region of £15.00 plus VAT per item on top of their standard Health Check charge.


Data Backup

Please be advised that it is the individual customer's responsibility to back up their own data.

If you require us to back up your data, please give us written instructions detailing which folders the data can be found in.

Whilst we do our utmost to protect and store all customer data for two weeks, we can not be held responsible for lost data on an individual's PC.


Tutorials

We offer a home and business tutorial service, which can cover anything from basic computing, data storage, and internet access through to specific programs such as Photoshop, accounts packages (Sage etc) and graphics software. Please contact us accordingly.

Home users are offered a 2 hour session at the cost of £45.00.

Businesses are charged at £45.00 per hour.
