Express Service

We offer an Express Service for an 8 hour turn around which means that you jump the queue and get seen first. The cost for this is an extra £25.00 on top of the charges listed above.

Additional Charge

Please note that if we have to re-install your operating platform the charge of the Health Check will increase to £60.00 inc VAT.

Data Backup

Please be advised that it is the individual customer's responsibility to back up their own data. If you require us to back up your data, please give us written instructions detailing which folders the data can be found in. Whilst we do our utmost to protect and store all customer data for two weeks, we can not be held responsible for lost data on an individual's PC.

No Extra Charge

There is no extra charge if you wish to have new components fitted to your computer whilst it is in for a Health Check. Rival companies charge in the region of £15.00 plus VAT per item on top of their standard Health Check charge.
